System operators shall be fined an amount from NT$100,000 up to NT$2,000,000 and be commanded to make corrections by a prescribed deadline in the event of one of the following. The fine may be imposed consecutively if no correction is made on time:1. Violation of Paragraph 3 of Article 112. Violation of Paragraph 2 of Article 213. Violation of Paragraph 3 of Article 24, without making a report or the reported content is untrue.4. Violation of Paragraph 1 of Article 295. Violation of Article 356. Violation of command made by the regulatory agency in accordance with Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2 of Article 407. Violation of Paragraph 1 of Article 41, fail to provide free public channel8. Violation of Paragraph 2 of Article 419. Violation of Paragraph 1 of Article 4210. Violation of Paragraph 3 of Article 44

系統經營者有下列情形之一者，處新臺幣十萬元以上二百萬元以下罰鍰，並令其限期改正；屆期不改正者，得按次處罰：
一、違反第十一條第三項規定。
二、違反第二十一條第二項規定。
三、違反第二十四條第三項規定，未申報或申報不實。
四、違反第二十九條第一項規定。
五、違反第三十五條規定。
六、違反主管機關依第四十條第一項或第二項所為之命令。
七、違反第四十一條第一項規定，未無償提供公用頻道。
八、違反第四十一條第二項規定。
九、違反第四十二條第一項規定。
十、違反第四十四條第三項規定。
