Cable Radio and Television Act Article 67
Anyone who operates the cable television program broadcast system upon receipt of the registration certificate issued by the central regulatory agency before the implementation of the amendment of this Act on the 18th of December 2015 and violates Paragraph 1 of Article 73 shall be fined an amount from NT$100,000 up to NT$2,000,000 and be commanded to make corrections by a prescribed deadline. The fine may be imposed consecutively if no correction is made on time.

本法中華民國一百零四年十二月十八日修正之條文施行前，經中央主管機關發給登記證經營有線電視節目播送系統者，違反第七十三條第一項規定，處新臺幣十萬元以上二百萬元以下罰鍰，並令其限期改正；屆期不改正者，得按次處罰。
