Founds shall be fined an amount from NT$100,000 up to NT$ 2,000,000 and be commanded to make corrections by a prescribed deadline in the event of one of the following. The fine may be imposed consecutively if no correction is made on time:1. Violation of Paragraph 4 of Article 142. Violation of Article 17

籌設人有下列情形之一者，處新臺幣十萬元以上二百萬元以下罰鍰，並令其限期改正；屆期不改正者，得按次處罰：
一、違反第十四條第四項規定。
二、違反第十七條規定。
