System operators shall be fined an amount from NT$200,000 up to NT$4,000,000 and be commanded to make corrections by a prescribed deadline in the event of one of the following. If no correction is made by the deadline, the fine may be imposed consecutively:1.Violation of Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 4 of Article 33;2.Violation of the central regulatory agency’s designation as stated in Paragraph 3 of Article 33.3.Violation of Article 34.

中文原文有線廣播電視法第61條

有下列情形之一者，處新臺幣二十萬元以上四百萬元以下罰鍰，並令其限期改正；屆期不改正者，得按次處罰：
一、系統經營者違反第三十三條第一項或第四項規定。
二、系統經營者違反主管機關依第三十三條第三項規定所為之指定。
三、系統經營者違反第三十四條規定。
