Administrative Rules on the Establishment of Earth Stations by Satellite Broadcasters Article 18
When a radio or television broadcaster stops using an earth station for business, it should report to the competent authority and hand in the license for cancellation; the competent authority shall cancel outstanding license.The competent authority shall be asked to handle the aforementioned radio spectrum equipment of the station according to Administrative Regulations on Telecommunications Control RF Equipment.

地球電臺因終止使用而停止使用頻率時，應報請交通部備查，並繳銷地球電臺執照；其未繳銷執照者，由主管機關廢止之。
前項地球電臺之電信管制射頻器材，應報請主管機關依電信管制射頻器材管理辦法相關規定辦理。
