Administrative Rules on the Establishment of Earth Stations by Satellite Broadcasters Article 19
Earth station operators shall prepare a daily engineering record. The record shall specify the following matters and shall be stamped by the earth station engineering manager:1. Names of workers on duty and times.2. Frequency output power of transmitter.3. Record of equipment breakdown, maintenance and repair.4. Other engineering-related matters. The aforementioned daily engineering record shall be held for one year.

地球電臺經營者應備工程日誌，記載下列事項，並由地球電臺工程主管核章：
一、輪值工作人員及時間。
二、發射機輸出端之射頻輸出功率。
三、機器故障、保養、修護紀錄。
四、其他有關工程技術事項。
前項工程日誌之保存期間為一年
