Regulations for Qualifying and Hiring Telecommunications Engineers and the Management of Telecommunications Engineering Enterprises Article 19
When a telecommunications engineering enterprise applies for suspension of business, the period of suspension shall not exceed one year. The telecommunications engineering enterprise shall submit the license to the competent authority safeguarding. The license shall be returned after operations resume.When a telecommunications engineering enterprise terminates its business or dissolves its company, the telecommunications engineering enterprise shall apply to the competent authority for permission within one month, and shall return the license to the competent authority.

電信工程業申請停業，期限不得超過一年，並應將其登記執照送繳主管機關核存；於申請恢復營業時，發還之。
