Administrative Regulations on Amateur Radios Article 40
For the purpose of promotional or educational activities of the amateur radio service, amateur radio groups or Class 1 or Class 2 amateur operators may apply to the competent authority for approval to provide amateur stations or equipment at the event venues for the operations by non-amateur persons under their supervision and guidance.The operations mentioned in the previous paragraph shall not violate the applicable radio regulations.
中文原文 業餘無線電管理辦法第40條
為業餘無線電作業之推廣或教育活動目的，業餘無線電團體或一等、二等業餘無線電人員，經向主管機關申請核准後，得於活動現場，在其監督及指導下，提供業餘電臺或臨時電臺供非業餘無線電人員操作。
前項操作不得違反無線電規章之規定。
