Regulations Governing the Establishment and Use of Dedicated Telecommunications Networks Article 23
Where the establisher is in any of the following circumstances, the competent authority shall revoke their network inspection qualification certificate:The network establishment approval has been revoked by the competent authority;The same network does not have any valid radio station.
