Regulations Governing the Establishment and Use of Dedicated Telecommunications Networks Article 22
Where the establisher is in any of the following circumstances, the competent authority shall revoke their network establishment approval:Failing to establish a network according to the approved network establishment plan;Failing to re-apply for a frequency use certificate after it has been revoked by the Ministry of Digital Affairs or has expired.

設置者有下列情形之一者，由主管機關廢止其網路設置核准：
