The Applicant shall install the network in accordance with Article 5 and 6 of these Rules.Pavements and the attachment of networks shall be regulated by governments of municipalities directly under the central government and of counties (cities) in accordance with Urban Road Act, Highway Act, autonomous laws and regulations and related decrees.
