Application for system installation, per Article 22 of the Law, its Enforcement Rules and Application Notice Rules, shall include a completed application form and operation plans submitted to the central administrative authority.Installation may proceed after acquiring consent from the review committee and an installation permit from the central administrative authority.

申請系統之經營，應依本法第二十二條、本法施行細則及申請須知規定，填具申請書連同營運計畫向中央主管機關提出申請。
