Statistics Act Article 16
The statistics released by agencies shall be confined to only the associated scope with their competent official functions.Agencies shall announce the statistics release calendar in advance, which must not be altered except for critical circumstances. The regulations in this regard shall be formulated by the Central BAS Agency.
