Identification documents, as well as the formal student identification mentioned in the above article, include the following:1. To apply for tuition assistance and miscellaneous expenses:（1）Domestic study: original payment receipt and a photocopy of the student's identification card.（2）Overseas study: original payment receipt, a photocopy of a valid passport, student visa, and a photocopy of certificate proving that the applicant is studying at the school.2. To apply for living allowances during study:（1）Domestic study: proof of study produced by the faculty, and one photocopy of valid proof of mid-to-low (low) income household produced by a local authority.（2）Overseas study: the statement of the start and end time of the academic term, and one photocopy of valid proof of mid-to-low (low) income household produced by a local authority.3.To apply for subsidies for excellent performance in domestic schools: the original school report card of the previous term.

二、申請就學生活津貼者：
（一）國內就學：在學證明及地方政府核發有效期限內之中低（低）收入戶證明影本。
（二）國外就學：學期起迄時間證明及地方政府核發有效期限內之中低（低）收入戶證明影本。
三、申請國內成績優異獎勵者：在校前一學期成績單正本。
