Law:: The Veterans Assistance Act
Chinese:: 國軍退除役官兵輔導條例第34條

This Act shall be implemented since the date of its promulgation.The date of implementation for Article 3-1 of this Act, amended on December 16, 2015, will be determined by the Executive Yuan.Article 5, 11, 13, 19, and 27-1 of this Act amended on December 30, 2020, shall be implemented since January 1, 2021.

本條例自公布日施行。
本條例中華民國一百零四年十二月十六日修正之第三條之一之施行日期，由行政院定之。
本條例中華民國一百零九年十二月三十日修正之第五條、第十一條、第十三條、第十九條及第二十七條之一，自一百十年一月一日施行。
