The Veterans Assistance Act Article 33
The enforcement rules of this Act shall be stipulated by VAC.Unless otherwise stipulated, Implementation Regulations prescribed in this Act shall be stipulated by VAC and concerned agencies and submitted to the Executive Yuan for ratification.
