Marine Pollution Control Act Enforcement Rules Article 19
The exploration, extraction or conveyance records of Article 20, Paragraph 2 of this Act shall record the following items.1. Exploration, extraction or conveyance methods; conveyance start and completion times; oil type and total quantity; and ship name, number, tonnage and nationality2. Total quantity of and handing methods for oil-containing residues in marine facilities3. Emission time, oil type, estimated quantity, and emission conditions and cause shall be recorded for other accidental emissions4. Other items designated by the central competent authorityThe records mentioned in the foregoing paragraph shall be reported to the local competent authority in January, April, July and October of each year; said records shall be forwarded to the central competent authority to be filed for future reference.

本法第二十條第二項之探採或輸送紀錄，應記載下列事項：
一、探採、輸送方式、輸送開始與完成時間、油種類與總量、船舶名稱、編號、噸數及國籍。
二、海洋設施內含油殘留物總量及處理方法。
三、其他事故排洩者，應記載排洩時間、油種類、估計量、排出狀況及原因。
四、其他經中央主管機關指定之事項。
前項紀錄，應於每年一月、四月、七月及十月，向地方主管機關申報，轉陳中央主管機關備查。
