Marine Pollution Control Act Article 58

Those who evade, obstruct or refuse an inspection, appraisal, order, check or examination performed pursuant to Article 6, Paragraph 1, Article 25 Paragraph 3, Article 27 Paragraph 1 applied to Article 25, Paragraph 3 or Article 29 shall be fined NT$300,000 to NT$1.5 million, and may be fined per violation and subject to the compulsory enforcement of the inspection, appraisal, check or examination.
