Marine Pollution Control Act Article 59
Those who violate the official announcement of the restriction on the use of a marine area pursuant to the rear section of Article 9, Paragraph 1 or those who violate the same Article, Paragraph 2 by interfering with or damaging a monitoring station or facility shall be fined NT$200,000 to NT$1 million and may be ordered to make improvements within a limited time period. Those who fail to make improvements by the deadline may be fined per violation.

違反第九條第一項後段限制海域使用之公告，或違反同條第二項規定，干擾、毀損監測站或設施者，處新臺幣二十萬元以上一百萬元以下罰鍰，並得限期令其改善；屆期未改善者，得按次處罰。
