Marine Pollution Control Act Article 31
Ships shall be equipped with pollution prevention equipment and may not pollute the sea.Ships loading, unloading or transporting oil, chemical goods or other cargo that might cause pollution of the sea shall adopt appropriate emission prevention measures.
