Ocean Basic Act Article 4
The government shall coordinate and integrate the maritime powers and responsibilities of the various industry competent authorities and jointly promote marine affairs.The government should enact (formulate) regulations for marine spatial planning, coordinate the use of sea areas and coopetition, and implement integrated marine management in response to the needs of multi-purpose marine use.
