Regulations Governing Management of Insurance Guaranty Funds Article 28
The enforcement date of these Regulations shall be decided by the competent authority.The articles of these Regulations amended on March 30, 2009, November 26, 2014, and September 19, 2019 are implemented on the enforcement date. However, where the term of a director has not yet expired at the time of the promulgation and enforcement of the amended Paragraph 1, Article 15 on September 19, 2019, the amendment may come into force after the director’s term has expired.

本辦法之施行日期，由主管機關定之。
本辦法中華民國九十八年三月三十日、一百零三年十一月二十六日及一百零八年九月十九日修正之條文，自發布日施行。
但一百零八年九月十九日修正之第十五條第一項，於發布施行時董事任期尚未屆滿者，得自任期屆滿時，始適用之。
