Regulations Governing Management of Insurance Guaranty Funds Article 27
The internal organization on personnel, expenditure, business, and other important matters of the Guaranty Fund that are not prescribed in the endowment of the Guaranty Fund or these regulations shall be established by the board of directors and reported to the competent authority for approval.
