Regulations Governing Management of Insurance Guaranty Funds Article 26
When the Guaranty Fund handles the matters referred to in Paragraph 1, Article 143-3 of this Act, or any claims settlements, compromise, conciliation, litigation and any other relevant operation, it may find competent persons with profession to deal with it or seek assistance from suitable institutions based on its needs.The Guaranty Fund shall stipulate the internal operations manual for the appointment of personnel or institutions in the preceding paragraph and submit the manual to the competent authority for recordation.

安定基金辦理本法第一百四十三條之三第一項各款事項，或處理有關之求償、和解、調解、訴訟及其他相關業務時，得視需要委託具相關專門學識或經驗之人員或適當之機構協助處理。
