Regulations Governing Implementation of Internal Control and Auditing System of Insurance Enterprises Article 40
An insurance enterprise that, as of the date on which this amendment to these Regulations enters into force on May 26, 2026, meets the criteria set forth in Paragraph 2, Article 6-1 for the appointment of a Chief Information Security Officer or the establishment of a dedicated information security unit that independently exercises its functions shall make adjustments to become compliant with the provisions by December 31, 2027.
