Chinese:: 保險業內部控制及稽核制度實施辦法第41條

These Regulations shall be in force on the date of promulgation.Except for the part on management of financial consumers’ protection in these Regulations which has been in force since December 30, 2011, the provisions of Article 5 amended and promulgated on February 4, 2012 shall enter into force three months after the date of promulgation.The provisions of Article 32-2 of these Regulations amended and promulgated on May 29, 2018 shall take effect six months after promulgation.The provisions of these Regulations amended and promulgated on August 20, 2020 shall have been in force since December 31, 2020.The provisions of these Regulations amended and promulgated on May 7, 2024 shall have been in force since January 1, 2025.

本辦法中華民國一百零一年二月四日修正發布之第五條條文，除金融消費者保護之管理自一百年十二月三十日施行外，自發布後三個月施行。
本辦法中華民國一百零七年五月二十九日修正發布之第三十二條之二修正條文，自發布後六個月施行。
本辦法中華民國一百零九年八月二十日修正發布之條文，自一百零九年十二月三十一日施行。
本辦法中華民國一百十三年五月七日修正發布之條文，自一百十四年一月一日施行。
