Ordinance for paying off the deposits and the loans established in the banking industry in the prewar period Article 3
The un-cleared balance of the current account established in the prewar period as of the date of promulgation of the Ordinance shall be calculated at half the interest rate in the previous article. However, the interest of the current account that was used till December 9, 1941, shall be calculated in compliance with the original contract, and the Ordinance shall not apply to this situation accordingly.

戰前活期存款之餘額截至本條例公布之日尚未清償者，其利息應照前條規定分別折半計算。
但在三十年十二月九日以後續有收付者，其利息仍照原約計算，不得援用本條例之規定。
