Ordinance for paying off the deposits and the loans established in the banking industry in the prewar period Article 1
The un-cleared regular savings, saving deposits, trust deposits, and loans established in the banking industry in the prewar period shall be paid off in compliance with the ordinance.The above-mentioned banking industry includes the Directorate General of the Postal Remittances & Savings Bank and the Central Credit Union.
中文原文 銀行業戰前存款放款清償條例第1條
銀行業在戰前所成立之普通存款、儲蓄存款、信託存款及放款尚未清償者，依本條例規定清償之。
前項所稱銀行業，包括郵政儲金匯業局及中央儲蓄會。
