The Banking Act of The Republic of China Article 127-5
Any person who violates Article 20, Paragraph 3, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than three years, detention, and/or a criminal fine of not more than five million New Taiwan Dollars (NT$5 million).Where a juridical person commits the offenses in the preceding paragraph, its acting responsible person shall be punished.
