The Banking Act of The Republic of China Article 127-4

Where the responsible person, agent, employee or other staff of a juridical person violates Articles 125 to 127-2 in performing their duties, the acting responsible persons shall be punished in accordance with each said article, and the juridical person shall also be fined the administrative fine or criminal fine prescribed in each said article.The preceding paragraph shall apply to foreign banks.
