Negotiable Instruments Act Article 68
If a bill is payable 1 month or several months after the date of drawing or after sight, the date of maturity shall be the day corresponding to the date of drawing or after sight in the month in which payment of the bill is due. If there is no corresponding day in that particular month, the last calendar day of the month shall be the date of maturity.If a bill is payable 1 month and a half or on the 15th of any of the succeeding few months after the date of drawing or after sight, the date of maturity shall be the last day of 15 days added to a full calendar month worked out pursuant to the preceding paragraph.If a bill merely states the beginning, the middle, or the end of the month, it shall mean the first day, the 15th day, or the last day of the month, respectively.

發票日後或見票日後一個月或數個月付款之匯票，以在應付款之月與該日期相當之日為到期日；無相當日者，以該月末日為到期日。
發票日後或見票日後一個月半或數個月半付款之匯票，應依前項規定，計算全月後加十五日，以其末日為到期日。
票上僅載月初、月中、月底者，謂月之一日、十五日、末日。
