Negotiable Instruments Act Article 69
The bill holder shall present it for payment on the date of maturity or within 2 days after the maturity.A bill containing a paying agent for the drawee shall be presented to the agent for payment.A presentment of a bill to a clearing house for exchange shall be as effectual and valid as a presentment for payment.

執票人應於到期日或其後二日內，為付款之提示。
匯票上載有擔當付款人者，其付款之提示，應向擔當付款人為之。
為交換票據向票據交換所提示者，與付款之提示，有同一效力。
