Standards Governing the Establishment of Bills Finance Companies Article 4
A promoter of a bills finance company shall be free of any situations provided under Paragraph 1, Article 4 of the Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Staff Members of Bills Houses (referred to as the “Governing Regulations” hereunder).
