Enforcement Rules of the Personal Property Secured Transactions Act Article 4

When applying for registration pursuant to Article 7, paragraph 1 of the Act, the following documents shall be submitted: 1. Registration application form. 2. Power(s) of attorney, if the application for registration is filed through an agent or agents. 3. Contract providing the cause of the application for registration, and duplicate thereof. 4. Documents certifying the parties to the contract. 5. If the subject property has documentary proof of title or a license for use, the document or license. 6. If the creation of mortgage on the subject property requires approval by a competent authority, the document evidencing such approval. 7. Undertaking by the debtor stating that the debtor is free of any circumstance under Article 7 herein. Application documents mentioned in any subparagraphs of the preceding paragraph may be submitted in the form of electronic documents in accordance with the Electronic Signatures Act.
