Regulations Governing the Investing Activities of a Financial Holding Company Article 10
The financial holding company with the approval from the competent authority to conduct investment shall report the progress of the investment program within 10 business days after completing the investment, in addition to the circumstances described in Paragraph 2, Article 8 and the preceding Article.

金融控股公司經主管機關核准投資者，除有第八條第二項及前條規定情形外，應於完成投資之日起十個營業日內，向主管機關函報投資計畫執行情形。
