The constitution of an industrial bank shall record the following items: 1.Name of industrial bank.2.Business items.3.Total number of shares and price per share.4.Locations of headquarters and of branch offices.5.Methods of public announcements.6.Number of directors, number of supervisors, a director's and a supervisor's terms of office, and employment and discharge of a director and a supervisor.7.Functions of board of directors, and division of powers and responsibilities of department of managers.8.Date (year/month/day) of enactment of constitution.
