Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Securities Firms Article 21
The FSC will reward or commend a responsible person or associated person of a securities firm for any of the following:1. Contribution of intellect and effort toward building securities market mechanisms, with distinguished results.2. Research or writing that contributes creative ideas to the development of the securities market or the implementation of securities business, when the ideas have been adopted and implemented.3. Reporting any market illegality or violation that is verified as true upon investigation.4. Service in the same securities firm for 15 consecutive years or longer with a dedicated work ethic.5. Zealous work on behalf of the public interest and the exercise of team spirit, as proven through concrete achievements.6. Other achievements deserving of commendation.
中文原文 證券商負責人與業務人員管理規則第21條
證券商負責人或業務人員，有下列情事之一者，由本會予以獎勵或表揚：
一、為建立證券市場制度，貢獻心力，具有顯著績效者。
二、研究著述，對發展證券市場或執行證券業務具有創意，經採行者。
三、舉發市場不法違規事項，經查明屬實者。
四、在同一證券商連續服務滿十五年以上，具有敬業精神者。
五、熱心公益，發揮團隊精神有具體事蹟者。
六、其他有足資表揚之事蹟者。
