Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Act Article 113-1
If a person or entity that violates Article 70-1, paragraph 3 is notified to remove an advertisement, restrict the browsing of it, cease broadcasting it, or take other necessary measures and fails to do so by the deadline under the notification, the judicial police authority that gave the notification shall impose an administrative fine of not less than NT$120,000 and not more than NT$600,000 and order it to make corrections within a specified period; if it fails to make corrections within such period, consecutive administrative fines of two to five times that amount may be imposed for each instance of failure until such time as corrections have been made.

違反第七十條之一第三項規定未於通知期限內移除、限制瀏覽、停止播送或為其他必要之處置者，由通知之司法警察機關處新臺幣十二萬元以上六十萬元以下罰鍰，並責令限期改善；屆期不改善者，得按次連續處二倍至五倍罰鍰至改善為止。
