The term of committee members shall be three years; committee members may be re-engaged for successive terms.When committee members vacate their positions, vacancies may be filled through selection of new members. The term of a new committee member shall extend to the conclusion of the original member's term.The position of committee member shall be non-paying; provided, stipends duly paid for attendance, transportation, or the review process are allowed.
