Regulations Governing Stock Exchanges Article 39
The managers of a stock exchange shall not have any conditions specified in Article 53 of the Act and shall have one of the following qualifications:1. Have a master's degree or above and have worked in a management position(s) of a securities or financial institution(s) or of the business department of a state-run or private-owned business(es), or worked as a lecturer or above in a college(s) or above for 1 year or more.2. Graduate of a college or above and have worked in a management position(s) in a securities or financial institution(s) or in the business department of a state-run or private-owned business(s) for 3 years or more.3. Have worked in a management position of a securities or financial institution(s) or in the business department of a state-run or private-owned business(s) for 5 years or more.Managers as referred to in the first paragraph include presidents, vice presidents, assistant vice presidents and directors and deputy directors of each business department.

證券交易所之經理人，除不得有本法第五十三條所定各款之情事外，應具備左列資格之一：
一、具有碩士以上學位，曾任證券、金融機構或公民營企業業務部門之主管職務或曾在國內外獨立學院以上學校任講師以上職務一年以上者。
二、大專以上學校畢業，曾任證券、金融機構或公民營企業業務部門之主管職務三年以上者。
三、曾任證券、金融機構或公民營企業業務部門之主管職務五年以上者。
第一項所稱經理人，包括總經理、副總經理、協理及各業務單位之主管、副主管。
一、具有碩士以上學位，曾任證券、金融機構或公民營企業業務部門之主管職務或曾在國內外獨立學院以上學校任講師以上職務一年以上者。
二、大專以上學校畢業，曾任證券、金融機構或公民營企業業務部門之主管職務三年以上者。
三、曾任證券、金融機構或公民營企業業務部門之主管職務五年以上者。
第一項所稱經理人，包括總經理、副總經理、協理及各業務單位之主管、副主管。
