Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Futures Commission Merchants Article 3
A managerial officer of an FCM (with the exception of its general manager, and also with the exception of the responsible person of a Republic of China branch office of a foreign FCM) shall meet one of the following qualifications:1. Has graduated from a domestic or foreign junior college or higher-level educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education, or has achieved an equivalent level of education, and has 3 years or more of operational work experience at a securities, futures, banking, or insurance institution(s), with good performance.2. Has 4 years or more of operational work experience at a futures institution(s), with good performance.3. Has 6 years or more of work experience, with a good performance record, in a professional field such as information, technology, law, e-commerce, or digital economy.4. Has other academic or employment experience sufficient to prove that he/she has professional knowledge and managerial experience in the field of futures, and could soundly and efficiently operate FCM business.

期貨商之經理人，除總經理及外國期貨商在中華民國境內分支機構負責人外，應符合下列資格條件之一：
一、經教育部承認之國內外專科以上學校畢業或同等學歷，具證券、期貨、金融或保險機構從事業務工作經驗三年以上，成績優良者。
二、期貨機構工作經驗四年以上，成績優良者。
三、從事資訊、科技、法律、電子商務或數位經濟等專業領域之工作經驗六年以上，成績優良者。
四、有其他學經歷足資證明其具備期貨專業知識及經營管理經驗，可健全有效經營期貨商業務者。
一、經教育部承認之國內外專科以上學校畢業或同等學歷，具證券、期貨、金融或保險機構從事業務工作經驗三年以上，成績優良者。
二、期貨機構工作經驗四年以上，成績優良者。
