Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Futures Commission Merchants Article 13
In the event that an associated person of an FCM fails to participate in pre-service or in-service training, or participates in the training but fails to pass, he/she shall be retrained within 1 year. Should he/she not pass the re-training, his/her registration as an associated person shall be voided.
