Regulations Governing Futures Trust Funds Article 32
Personnel at a futures trust fund distributor who handle futures trust fund sales business may not misappropriate customer money or beneficial certificates, nor engage in any other act prejudicial to the rights or interests of customers.Beneficial certificates will be delivered by book-entry transfer; futures trust fund distributors may not be requested to deliver the certificates.

期貨信託基金銷售機構辦理期貨信託基金銷售業務之人員，不得挪用客戶款項或受益憑證或有其他損及客戶權益之行為。
期貨信託基金受益憑證之交付，採帳簿劃撥方式為之，並不得委由期貨信託基金銷售機構辦理。
