Standards Governing the Establishment of Futures Trust Enterprises Article 6
A promoter of a futures trust enterprise may not, within 1 year from the date of the company's incorporation, serve as a promoter of any other futures trust enterprise.One who has previously served as a promoter of a futures trust enterprise in accordance with the qualification requirements set out in Article 12 may not, within 3 years beginning from the date the competent authority issued the permission license to that futures trust enterprise, serve as a promoter of any other futures trust enterprise.

期貨信託事業之發起人自公司設立之日起一年內，不得擔任其他期貨信託事業之發起人。
曾依第十二條所定資格擔任期貨信託事業之發起人者，自主管機關核發該期貨信託事業許可證照之日起三年內，不得擔任其他期貨信託事業之發起人。
