Futures Trading Act Article 71
A futures commission merchant shall not withdraw any funds from the segregated customer margin account unless one of the following situations occurs:1. Instruction from the futures trader to deliver the excess margins/premiums.2. Payment for the futures trader of the margins/premiums due or settlement balance.3. Payment for the futures trader of brokerage commissions, interest, or other transactional fees payable to the futures broker.4. Other items approved by the Competent Authority.

期貨商除有下列情形之一者外，不得自客戶保證金專戶內提取款項：
一、依期貨交易人之指示交付賸餘保證金、權利金。
二、為期貨交易人支付必須支付之保證金、權利金或清算差額。
三、為期貨交易人支付期貨經紀商之佣金、利息或其他手續費。
四、經主管機關核准者。
