Enforcement Rule of the Privatization of Government-Owned Enterprises Act Article 22

Employees' job-transfer trainings or second career trainings provided in paragraph 1 of Article 11 of the Act means the technical trainings which are necessary for elevating original techniques and changing careers and held for the employees who are not willing to transfer to the privatized enterprises, and the technical trainings which are held for the employees who are willing to transfer to the privatized enterprise and which are enabling them to be competent for their work in the privatized enterprises.In order to deal with the matters provided in paragraph 1 of Article 11 of the Act, the government-owned enterprises and the labor competent authority shall prepare relevant budgets, and where necessary, the competent authority in charge of the enterprises shall prepare relevant budgets to assist with dealing with such matters.Official leave shall be granted to the employees during their trainings.
