Regulations for Approving and Supervising Cultural Public-interest Trusts Article 24

In the event of a change of trustee(s) during the existence of the trust, unless the competent authority has appointed a new trustee(s) in accordance with Article 18, the application for trustee(s) permit shall, together with two copies of the following documents, be submitted to the competent authority:1. credentials;2. a certificate of identification; and3. other documents prescribed by competent authority. The competent authority overruling the application referred to in the preceding paragraph shall appoint new trustee(s) in accordance with Article 18.
