Public Television Act Article 26
The president or vice president shall be dismissed by the board of directors, if he:1. has violated any Subparagraph in Paragraph 1 of Article 24;2. in receipt of a bankruptcy declaration or in the process of liquidation under the Consumer Debt Clearance Statute and rights have not been resumed;3. not yet released from guardianship or assistance where such has been announced; or4. has been determined by a board resolution to have violated his duties or acted in such a way that is improper for his position.

總經理或副總經理有下列情形之一者，由董事會解聘之：
一、違反第二十四條第一項各款情形之一。
二、受破產宣告或依消費者債務清理條例經法院裁定開始清算程序，尚未復權。
三、受監護或輔助宣告，尚未撤銷。
四、其他經董事會決議認定有違反職務上義務或有不適於職位之行為。
