Enforcement Rules of the Cultural Heritage Preservation Act Article 28

The competent authorities shall determine the principles to govern the preservation and management of historic sites and cultural landscapes under Article 62 Paragraph 1 of the Act within one year of the registration and announcement date of historic sites and cultural landscape; such time limit may be extended for one year if necessary.The historic site and cultural landscape preservation and conservation plans under Article 62 Paragraph 2 of the Act shall be completed within three years of the registration and announcement date of historic sites and cultural landscapes and reviewed at least every five years.The historic site and cultural landscape preservation and conservation plans stipulated under the preceding Paragraph shall include the following matters:1. Basic information filing;2. Daily conservation and management;3. Production of related drawings; and4. Other relevant matters.
