If necessary, the competent authority may provide appropriate subsidies for the management and conservation, restoration and reuse of private monuments, historic buildings, commemorative buildings, and groups of buildings.Articles 23 and 24 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the preservation, restoration, reuse, management and conservation of historic buildings and commemorative buildings.
